Despite the less than appetizing brand name, this is a truly superb bar.  This handmade bar is a high end “haute” granola bar, blending granola with dates, sultanas, and oats, along with other high end ingredients.  The flavor is sweet and chewy, with a light texture that clearly hasn’t been processed too much.  Despite being labeled as a granola bar, the bar has a modest 4g of fiber and 4g of protein. Packaging is clean and well designed.  Definitely worth a try if you are in the mood for something that’s high quality and enjoyable.
